Congratulations to the team for competing in the League Tournament and scoring well!

We scored well in each of the five qualification matches we played. This was the first in-person competition that any of the team members had participated in. It was quite a learning curve rushing to matches and making changes in the pit area. We scored in fourth place in qualification rounds scoring points with the robot. During elimination rounds, we had a very close loss to our opposing alliance. We lost the first of three matches, won the second, and lost the final match by 6 points! Despite our losses, we still managed to qualify for several awards with our work shown in the engineering notebook. We qualified in second place for the Design Award, which recognizes teams with aesthetic, but functional components of the robot. We placed first and won the Collins Aerospace Innovate Award, which admires the use of unconventional components within the robot and design. Congratulations to Fellowship of the Robot (Team #13072) for winning the Inspire Award! And congratulations to all the other teams (Team #16458, #18519, #11155, #13388, #16320, #8683) who won awards during the league competition!
We will be advancing to the Central Texas Regional Championship and compete in a few weeks! Congratulations to the team for a phenomenal performance as a rookie team in the League Tournament.
